5-ти ручьевые конвейеры более универсальны – возможна транспортировка паллет 1200*1000 и 800*1000. Конструкция наших конвейеров позволяет транспортировать паллеты весом до 1900кг.
- Каждая цепь конвейера имеет отдельный узел натяжения, что значительно увеличивает срок службы цепей и приводных звездочек.
- Все конвейеры производятся из профильной трубы 120*60мм, 100*50мм со стенкой не менее 3мм.
- Конвейеры проходят грунтовку и порошковую окраску в камере, цвет можно выбрать любой по таблице RAL.
В конструкции конвейеров предусмотрены места прокладки кабельных трасс. Привод конвейера спрятан под конвейером, что позволяет защитить его от внешних физических нагрузок.

The rectilinear part of the roller conveyor is assembled from standard sections with a length of 1, 2 or 3 m. If necessary, it is possible to rotate the roller conveyor path to the required angle, for which rotary sections are used. Standard swivel sections have a swivel angle of 45 ° or 90 °.
The movement of the load on the conveyor occurs under the influence of the pushing force of the worker or under the action of gravity, for which the conveyor is installed with an inclination, usually up to 5 degrees.
To prevent cargo from sliding off the roller table, enclosing sides of a height of 100.150 mm are used, which are fixed on the frame.
The pitch of the roller conveyor rollers is selected depending on the minimum length of the transported cargo, while the condition for simultaneous contact of the three rollers should be ensured.
